What are the requirements to rent a mobility device?While our devices are LTA compliant, you will also need to make sure you meet all legal requirements to use the mobility devices. For instance, you need to be at least 16 years old to use a Power Assisted Bicycle (PAB) and pass the LTA online theory test for PAB (click here for our guide!). Depending on the chosen mobility devices, you also need to be aware of specific guidelines including speed limits and allowed riding paths

How do I rent a mobility device?Make an appointment (as we are unable to assist with walk-ins) with us via WhatsApp. From there, our colleagues will assist you with the registration, including other requirements such as contract preparation and payment setup. How do I return my mobility device?Make an appointment (as we are unable to assist with walk-ins) with us via WhatsApp. Please clean up the device, charge it up fully, and return all provided accessories. Upon successful verification and checking of the device/accessories during return, we will assist to end the rental and you can also proceed to withdraw your deposit from there on.

What if there's an issue with the device during my rental?Please kindly reach out to your MeMove representative via WhatsApp. Our mechanic will usually assess the situation and determine a solution for the problem. Please note that this is limited to during working hours. If possible, we recommend that you first try to determine what the issue is so that we can work together faster to resolve it.

How are rental payments made?We offer various options for payments, while our preferred is via PayNow. If you are making payment via PayNow, please make payments via PayNow UEN 202347984D (MEMOVE PTE. LTD.) If you require any assistances or payment options, please let us know via WhatsApp.

Can I terminate my rental period/plan early?Please refer to your device rental contract for more information
