While our devices are LTA compliant, you will also need to make sure you meet all legal requirements to use the mobility devices. For instance, you need to be at least 16 years old to use a Power Assisted Bicycle (PAB) and pass the LTA online theory test for PAB (click here for our guide!).

Depending on the chosen mobility devices, you also need to be aware of specific guidelines including speed limits and allowed riding paths

Please clean up the device, charge it up fully, and return all provided accessories.

Upon successful verification and checking of the device/accessories during return, we will assist to end the rental and you can also proceed to withdraw your deposit from there on.
