The Answers You Need

  • Yes you can! Our devices are LTA compliant and can be used for recreational or 1 day usage.

    Please take note of the starting rates and details below:

    • $25 to $35 for first 3 hours, $10 per hour thereafter.

    • Logistics services are not included, and chargeable if this service is required.

    • We have various mobility devices that can be foldable and brought onto the train OR you can also start your cycling journey from our central location!

    Food delivery riders enjoy to enjoy a special rate from $25 per day, upon verification.

  • ​While our devices are LTA compliant, you will also need to make sure you meet all legal requirements to use the mobility devices. For instance, you need to be at least 16 years old to use a Power Assisted Bicycle (PAB) and pass the LTA online theory test for PAB (click here for our guide!).

    Depending on the chosen mobility devices, you also need to be aware of specific guidelines including speed limits and allowed riding paths

  • Make an appointment (as we are unable to assist with walk-ins) with us via WhatsApp. From there, our colleagues will assist you with the registration, including other requirements such as contract preparation and payment setup if necessary.

    Please clean up the device, charge it up fully, and return all provided accessories.

    Upon successful verification and checking of the device/accessories during return, we will assist to end the rental and you can also proceed to withdraw your deposit from there on.

  • Selected payment plans upon rental will automatically renew when expired, until the asset (or mobility device) is successfully returned.

    For example, if your device rental is $8 a day and you return after 10 days, $8 x 10 days = $80 will be charged. This continues until the device is successfully returned.

  • This has been discontinued.

    Device is down due to hardware failure?* We offer complimentary rescue services to your location with temporary device loan to ensure you can continue your commutes depending on the situation. Reach out to us via WhatsApp to find out more.

    *This service is only applicable to legacy plan rentals.  The plans have already been retired and this is no longer available for new returns. To find out if you are applicable, you can also choose to check with us via WhatsApp.

  • We offer various options for payments. If you require any assistances or payment options, please let us know via WhatsApp.

  • During the rental period, the device is in your care. You should take care of the property as your own as any damages will be charged accordingly.

     

    Should something unexpected happen. you should contact us immediately via WhatsApp and be prepared to make a police case if the device is stolen or lost. Otherwise, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will advise follow-up steps in each situation.
